Concern: Loss of production time through relocation.
Response:

The success of any project is measured by our clients ability to maintain planned production levels throughout the contract.

Pre-move planning is crucial; we work with our clients to develop a critical path programme to achieve the predetermined objectives. Skilled engineers look at each part of the relocation to agree the optimum sequence, phasing the move to achieve the most effective time scale.

Our experience has shown us that the relocation schedule has regularly to be reviewed by our engineers, and meetings held with our client and on-site team. This is a further step to ensuring that we continue to maximise our client's production.
Concern: CDM and Health & Safety regulations
Response:

Ainscough Vanguard's skill and experience in this complex area is unsurpassed in the industry. We are able to act as planning supervisor / principal contractor on CDM sites, implementing the regulations and overseeing other contractors. We place one of our dedicated specialists on site for larger contracts as required.

Our Health and Safety team also carry out risk assessments and method statements. All of our staff is fully trained in Health and Safety procedures and regulations.
Concern: Damage to equipment
Response: We make detailed assessments prior to undertaking any relocation and identify the risks. We provide our clients with a comprehensive proposal covering all aspects of the contract, a full specification of works and task specific risk assessments. These controls, coupled with frequent meetings and review procedures are all in place to minimise the risk of damage, and are standard procedure.
Concern: The ability to relocate all items
Response: We have relocated and installed many different types and specifications of machinery and equipment. Ainscough Vanguard fully evaluates and develops a methodology for the work to be undertaken prior to submitting our commercial proposal to our customer. The Contracts Manager who has handled the enquiry from inception will then produce the Method Statement and Risk Assessments, brief the supervisor on the work to be undertaken, all prior to the work commencing. By so doing and employing only highly skilled operatives, we have the ability to relocate all equipment, plant, and machinery, however unusual or complex in the most efficient manner.
