We delivered a turnkey manufacturing factory relocation solution from Ireland to Malaysia, as Principal Contractor.

The turnkey factory relocation project involved delivering a fully project managed decommissioning; lifting and international transportation solution. The project included the chemical cleansing and purging of all liquids and wastes; mechanical & electrical decommissioning and match marking of all equipment & machinery; crating and preparation of all shipping equipment.

Critical to this over £1million project was to ensure that the project adhered to the timescales required; this was essential due to international relocation of this equipment to Malaysia.
