ALTERNATIVE LIFTING & INSTALLATION IN RECYCLING & WASTE MANAGEMENT

Our Recycling & Waste Management Customers have required unique alternative lifting solutions for equipment installation. The alternative lifting solutions used in this sector has included the use of our Jacking Systems.

The Jacking System alternative lifting solution was used, as other lifting means such as cranes could not be utilised cost effectively. The Jacking System lifted items such as drum dryers and combustion chambers then transported them through tight spaces to allow for our fitters to align level and mechanically fit the equipment into place.

Utilising our alternative lifting and equipment installation techniques we managed to save the Recycling and Waste Management customer two weeks on their installation programme for equipment and machinery.

Critical to these projects is the communication with the client; main contractor and OEM. To ensure that all project requirements are delivered in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
